- When coating Chemlok 218E, the metal surface temperature should be controlled below 60°C. The drying time for natural drying (25°C) is about 30 minutes. powerful Drying is about 60°C ~80°C×10 minutes.
- Chemlok 218E can achieve the best adhesive performance when the dry film thickness is 18~25μ.
- After dilution, it must be fully stirred to make the solid content disperse evenly.
- Chemlok218E needs to be completely dry before bonding with rubber vulcanization. After the rubber is vulcanized, the adhesive will also harden, but under the high temperature after molding When the bonding layer is still fragile, care should be taken to prevent the bonding surface from being affected by external forces when removing the film.
